1. Are you wholesale only?
YES.
To purchase from "Tanwar Gems & Jewellers ", you must register with your business details. After the necessary formalities, we'll approve your account for you to continue shopping.
We reserve all the rights to cancel any sale of a product that is for personal use.
2. What is your minimum order requirement?
We don't accept any orders below $500. No exceptions.
3. How much do you charge for shipping?
There is free shipping for all the orders above $500.
We ship the orders through UPS / FedEx /DHL, depending on the region.
4. When will my order ship?
It takes us 2-3 business days to ship the orders after receiving them. And it takes 10-12 business days for it to reach you. However, you can choose express shipping at additional charges to receive your order in 5-7 business days.
5. Is your merchandise real silver?
All of our jewels are made with real 92.5 sterling silver. However, some of them are rhodium (nickel free) plated to prevent tarnishing and enhance longevity.
6. Are Vermeil rings plated rings or solid silver?
Plated rings.
All our vermeil rings use 92.5 real sterling silver as the base metal. Then they are plated with 18K Rose gold or Yellow gold.
We provide 1 Micron plating with an option of upgrading to 2.5 microns.
7. Do you offer additional discounts?

8. What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects and/or shipping damages. It is best recommended to inspect the merchandise after receiving the shipment and contact us within 15 days in case of any return requests, once the returned jewelry passes the quality check, we provide a coupon code or credit points which can be used in your next purchase. It should be unused and in its original packing with all the tags and original invoice intact. Shipping handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If applicable, volume discounts will be adjusted according to the revised invoice total after returns.
Although we try our best to show our jewels on the website exactly like the real products, there can be slight variations because of the lighting conditions and other factors.
9. Who bears the import duty and other charges in case of international orders?
We are not responsible for the Import duty, clearances-custom fees, other additional charges. Customers are requested to enter correct business details and mention if you have an account with UPS/DHL/FedEx to avoid any unnecessary trouble during the transit.
10. What materials you use to curate your jewelry?
We do a 18k rose gold or yellow gold plating on our plain 92.5 sterling silver jewelry. This coating is 50% thicker than traditional gold-plated pieces, keeping it beautiful for years to come.All our jewelry is nickel-free to avoid tarnishing.
11. Do you offer dropshipping?
No, we do not dropship. You will need to fulfill your own orders.
